Low Carb, High Fiber Tortillas

I went grocery shopping right after Christmas at a specialty store that we had received a gift card from. I noticed, as I was roaming the aisles, a stack of whole wheat tortillas. I picked them up and noticed that they marketed as low-carb, high fiber. I checked the nutrition label and it was true! They only netted 5 grams of carbohydrates per tortilla. That would totally work within my allotted total carbohydrates per meal.

I was never a fan of flour tortillas, so I was a little bit weary of these. Believe me when I tell you, these are so{ooooo} good and have so much great flavor! We made all sorts of great dinners with those tortillas and I went back for them again and again! I just can’t get enough.

Breakfast Burritos {my absolute favorite}

Egg salad wraps

Turkey club wraps

Pizzadillas

Soft Tacos

“Stromboli”

Enchiladas

“Pannini” – Fill with deliciousness and grill on your George Foreman

The possibilities are endless.You basically put almost any dish in a tortilla and call it a burrito or a wrap. My mouth is salivating as I type this.
